So, just to clear: you have the AV after you click on print and BEFORE the printer selection window would come up, right? So, you dont see the printer selection window, right? Or it happens AFTER you selected the printer? Could you select a mail that gives you AV? Or all of them give you AV? If just some, please export as Unix mailbox and send me in private. I tried 3 PCs with TB!, no problem with FP... Not at all :(( Or :)) Try to uninstall and reinstall FP.
