Listmembers: Is it just me or is there a decrease in mnemonic functionality in TB!?
From 3.61.05, I'm no longer able to use the underlined mnemonic in at least the dialog for creating new folders. That is, the mnemonics for the mailticker and message retension will not work in either English or Dutch. Others such as the OK button work fine. This was an unpleasant surprise as I regularly create new folders with almost identical settings and was used to quickly keying to the correct positions without using my mouse. Now I can no longer do that. Also, and this has been going on for longer, the drop-downs in the filter condition pane for both attribute and comparison method used to have mnemonics allowing quick jumps to the desired options. They no longer have them and I'm disappointed at this. There also seems to be a movement towards either no mnemonics or allowing duplicate mnemonics in menus although I'm not sure whether it was TB! or some other program where I saw that, which makes navigating menus more cumbersome. I hope this is not some kind of new Microsoft UI design guideline. -- Greetings, Maurice Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 The Bat! v3.61.07 Echo (Beta); Bayes Filter Plugin v2.0.3; AJS v0.6; MyMacros 1.11a; ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.61.07 (Echo) | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
