Exactly the same numbers as I saw each time I used the Reply icon, whether for Selected text (with Shift depressed) or for a full quote. I was able to Reply from the Message menu Reply entry only one time. After that, I began to see the AVs as described above whatever route I tried to set up the Reply Edit message window from. In case it makes any difference: I'm using MicroEd.
