TB! offers sound notification at three levels. - at the account level via the account options - at the folder level via each folders properties configuration. - at the filtering level where a filter action may be a sound notification. I'm not sure how you'll best deal with it. If you wish none of the folders to notify you, then simply disable the account level notification since the folders default to the account level setting.
