First  of all: thanks! As I see, it just increase the thread number by
only  one,  after  the  PC  was  hybernated. If I hybernate again, and
download  a  mail,  plus  one thread... Could you use your system with
this non-existing WAV file for a while (a day or so) to see, if you PC
slows  down?  If  it is not a big request :)), as you are a bug hunter
too  :),  would  you hybernate or standby your PC if possible? (I will
try  the same on my other two PCs on Monday) and monitor the number of
threads for a while?

Anyway: I have 8 threads also, when I write an email, as the 8th is
the mail writing thread. In normal mode, TB! has 7 threads, as I see.

My laptop TB! is alive again so far :))))))))))))))))))))
