Your header:
Subject: =?iso-8859-1?q?Re=3A_Th=E4t_is_a_really_l=F6ng_subject_lin=E9_t_?=
        =?iso-8859-1?q?o=5Fsee=5Fwhat=5FTB=5Fdoes=5Fwith=5F8bit=5Fenc=F3de?=
        =?iso-8859-1?q?d_headers_n_=F6w!?=

Alexander's original header:
Subject: =?iso-8859-1?q?Th=E4t_is_a_really_l=F6ng_subject_lin=E9_to_see_w?=
        =?iso-8859-1?q?hat_TB_does_with_8bit_enc=F3ded_headers_n=F6w!_=28w?=
        =?iso-8859-1?q?as=3A_The_Bat!_3=2E62=2E01_is_now_available=29?=

See the difference in the 2nd line? It was transcoded... :(

So TB! takes out the _ if encoded with quoted-printable, and put _ if
=5F codes the underscore

But: it SHOULD not take out the underscores... Using =5F as the
underscore is OK in QP coding.
