MAU, you again forget: I know, you know, how to handle these problems.
BUT:  the  software  will  be  downloaded  (average)  IQ 50 people. No
offense  to anybody. What does he see? Download, install, set national
interface, crash.

See  people bragging about MS problems, Windows problems? See? None of
them is serious... But you get the feeling, that Windows is a piece of
sh.t.  In my hand, Windows is a precious instrument, I did not have to
reinstall it for years now.

So, you have to ANTICIPATE the average user's behaviour..

A story (a la Message List tabs and associated bugs): you go to a nice
party.  There is a lot of food on the table, fruits, etc. You are very
hungry.  You  go  closer...  At  one  corner, on the table, there is a
plate,  with  a  tiny  little  sh.t  on it. Are you still hungry? I am
not...

I hope, you will understand, what was the message of this story...
