Open the IMAP accounts folder management panel in TB!.

Hit the reset button and wait for TB! to update the folder list. When
it's finished then hit 'close'. Your folder list *should* now look
right.  If the 2 renamed folders aren't there, you can return to the
folder management panel and subscribe to them.
