There is your problem, or at least an indication of where the problem may be. There _are_ 4 messages in your server but only 3 appear as new (unread) and those 3 are the ones downloaded by TB. If you have not previously downloaded the 4th one, it will be one of the ones you miss. What is your setting for Account/Properties/Mail Management/Message Management? Why don't you use the Dispatcher a few times for 'All messages' instead of a normal connection and see if this numbers 'mismatch' occurs frequently? With the Dispatcher you can download all messages even if (for whatever reason) they are already marked as Read and you have full control of which messages to mark as Read and which to Delete, etc. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
