I was once told in connection with another issue report that it meant the developers could not reproduce the reported behavior. That more information was needed about the circumstances under which it occurred. There's some confirmation with this one, along with some notes not confirming it. Maybe "feedback" status means different things with different reports, and a query in a note at the BT page might bring an answer.
