The attachment and the body text are now properly decoded.

The only thing that I don't like is that you are changing the message
source when you receive it. I know that you are doing it for performance
reasons.

But, as the above bug has shown, there is always the risk of a bug in the
conversion code. And when that happens the change is irreversible and the
attachment is permanently corrupted, unless you happen to have another copy
of the email.
If you would convert the message at display time you would not have this
problem.

I also noticed that you are creating a temp file in the Root of C:\ That
should have been in the temp folder. Right ?

Finally this version still produces a GPF on my machine when opening the
Account Log. Since nobody else seems to have this problem, it is probably
something environmental. Do you have a suggestion what it could be ?
The exception is at memorty address: 00A72371. After the exception the Log
window is open but empty.
