Well, here, it's Windows-1252 and it's boring to always change the
charset : I don't want to send messages in a character set made by
Microsoft. US-ASCII, ok, no problem. Windows-1252 is not ok.

Is it possible to do a stuff for the character set like in 40tude
Dialog ?
