I had not looked in the customize thingy myself, but I have just done
so. The two 'put in outbox' buttons seem to be needed to allow the
_apparent_ button swap between 'Send' and 'Put in outbox' that takes
place if in Account/Properties/Transport you select 'Immediate' or
'Deferred' for 'Delivery type'. It looks like if 'Immediate' is selected
the 2nd and 3rd buttons are used, and 1st and 2nd if 'Deferred' is
selected. A dirty little trick! ;-)
