I'm using a dual monitor system and TB runs from the secondary
monitor. Normally I've got smartpad running on the same monitor, but I
tried to put it on the primary monitor and that caused me no problems
at all.
Closing and starting it and running it again, caused it to appear on
the primary monitor again. Same after closing and starting TB.

Before my test your key had a 4 billion value too, after my restart of
TB it had a value of 96 (decimal)

Your external monitor is your secondary I guess, is it right or left
from your primary?
