PMFJI but this really is getting a bit petty. There are plenty of other
programmes that, when downloaded in a beta version, have the same
dialogue box that asks you to confirm whether you want to install it or
not.

It only happens the once so is it really all that important and do you,
in all seriousness, think that it's so drastic when the developers
didn't mention that a dialogue box of this nature would appear? It seems
perfectly natural to me and totally harmless.

Anyway I thought you'd decided to leave beta testing in a huff earlier
yesterday evening? ;-)
