Me too, because present solution is convenient for me. However, arguments
for having Draft folder given by Mary are serious and I am not against them.

Such feature exists in The Bat! since a long time. This is "Auto-save
every [xx] sec" option in "Editor preferences" section of "TB Preferences"
dialog.
