You are not the blind one in this equation. One of the very valuable
contributions the beta-bats provide is perspective from dealing with a
variety of people in all types of environments. Those of us blessed to
work with people from many cultures bring a perspective that is not
possible to obtain in the development environment. As a database
applications developer and self-employed consultant since 1989 working
in many countries all over the world I have been hit with many
perspectives from the folks who use the programs. It is for them we
work, not for ourselves. Why? Because they pay the bills!
