Yes, I agree and I've put a supporting note.

In connection with the confusing (non-intuitive) attributes of the
Customise feature for the novice user and/or the user evaluating TB!,
I think it would help if the word NONE were erasable from the shortcut
editor box.

Its presence there until you begin to type, makes it hard to
understand how to enter the new shortcut string.

I don't use keyboard shortcuts, but there are one or two I'd like to
try, and I was intimidated from trying by my confusion about this.

And since then I've been too busy testing further betas to bother with
it.

I'll start a new thread on this point. Just wanted to say my thoughts
on it in my Reply in this thread, since the Wish is in regard to
novice and evaluating users first impressions of the Customise
feature.
