I can't find out what the name of my video card is. The machine is
custom made, in 2002, by a small local firm that has since gone out of
business.

The nearest thing to video components I could find on this machine is
located in Windows/System32/iccvid.dll, where the entry says under the
heading "Ma...": "Radi..."

My OS is WinXP Home, SP 2.

Where else could I look for the name of my video card?

And why would a video card mess up with one version of TB! and not
with the immediate previous one?

I just don't have the skills to help with this problem of Alexander's,
actually. :(
