Confirmed.

Confirmed.

Done. I had my setting for Arial Black, font size 9.
It still jumps at font size 8, the lowest possible setting. But I need
Arial Black for the contrast. It's a vision disability that I have.

Bold will not stick for me in any of the header fonts I've set in the
past--and I tried the majority of them.

So I'm back to Arial Black, font size 9, because at least I can read
it, even if keystrokes do make it jump a pixel.

I have added a further note confirming your note, Alexander (and
Roelof's confirming note).

Additionally, I mentioned that the jump of 1 pixel occurs in Arial
Black even at its lowest font size, size 8.

The fact that the Bold choice will not stick for me in any font I've
tried--not even long enough to be applied after I click OK and return
to the Edit Mail Message window--is a separate issue, of course. I've
been living with this deficiency for a long time, through many
versions, but not reported it because I had the work-around of Arial
Black.

Perhaps I'll start a separate thread about no "Bold" fonts allowed in
Headers preferences.

The first thing that RitLabs ever fixed for me was a "Women's Day"
gift that Stefan made to me in response to a request I gave him in a
thread on TBUDL, to make the headers more visible. I *think* I was
running v. 1.62 at the time.

Right away I quit making mistakes like posting PMs to the mailing
lists--because, at last, I could read the headers, and auto-complete
lost its power over me. :)

/personal reminiscence :)
