Hi Charlene Ferrara,

you let us know -possibly edited- :

A supplemental note on it: deletion is not sticky back to 3.65, no
version memorized my deleted system hotkey. I went back to the good old
3.02.10, deleted the annoyance, restared it to see if they're gone, and
now, 3.70.03, finally has forgotten to remember. Please, change it back,
someone at Ritlabs, in the next beta, to set the default to "remember to
forget" if once deleted.
