However, I must confirm the new feature is buggy. When I uncheck the
"marking folder as read" confirmation dialog, this only has effect on
folders that contain no sub-folders. (And it's irrelevant whether
those subfolders contain any unread messages or not: the confirmation
dialog keeps popping up despite being unchecked.)

So, we need a non-buggy "NEVER ask me about marking folders OR SUBFOLDERS
as read" configuration checkbox.
