Another TB! user has reported to me in a PM that TB! 3.70.07 lost his
shortcut customizations and his toolbar settings when he upgraded.
Further, when he re-did these customizations, they did not stick. At
each re-launch of .07, they are lost again.

I did some testing, trying to replicate the behavior.

1) First, I made a shortcut and a toolbar in Customize. I closed and
relaunched TB! Both the new toolbar and the shortcut were still there.

2) Then I installed 3.70.03 over 3.70.07. The customization was
conserved.

3) Then I installed 3.70.02 over 3.70.03. Again, the customization was
conserved.

4) Then I installed 3.65.01 over 3.70.02. And the customization was still
conserved.

5) After that, I installed 3.70.07 over 3.65.01. And still, the
customization has been conserved.

6) Finally, I installed 3.65.01 directly over 3.70.07. Customization
was conserved.

7) Then, I once again installed 3.70.07 over 3.65.01. My new toolbar
was conserved but the shortcut customization was lost.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Further:
Can anyone confirm that shortcuts created in 3.70.07 will not stick
but disappear after every close and relaunch?
