that override is the folder setting override in comparison to the account it resides in.

not quite. common folders are part of an account too. internally it's called "root account".
it should be as an usual account except it doesn't have any transport means by itself.
we'll see what we can do about it; allowing to ignore those confirmation, IMO, *must* be a user-selectable option.
