Hello everyone, I've got some contacts that send messages from different email addresses. I've collected the different addresses they use in their AB entry. The AB entry is assigned to an AB group that has a specific template.
When the contact sends a message from his/her primary address, the AB group template is used as expected; when they send a message from their alternative address, the template is not used.
