on IA32 XP it's bundled with the OS. and on Win2K it was, AFAIR, as well.
strange that Win64 doesn't have one, for compatibility reasons at least...
does it run okay without that plugin?
and, to unleash more of your 64bit potential... :)
...please do a DIR /S MSVCR*.DLL in the windows folder and provide us with the output. TIA.
