AFAIK the "Always use this program" is a Windows option and, if it is not remembered, it should be Windows the one to blame and not TB. I don't think so but maybe it is even Skype that is "stealing" the wav file type association. Have you tried changing the association with Windows Explorer Tools? -- Best regards, Miguel A.
