I changed the font to normal size from large size in XP/Desktop/Settings/Advanced, and the buttons now show. However, this is not an acceptable way for TB! to interact with my XP font settings, in my opinion. I'm going to return to my large font size in XP and revert to TB! beta 3.72.04 if I need to make any more new folders.
