Strange, I am using the same windows version as you and in my case the
default location for tbuser.def seems to be as follows:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Roger\Application Data\The Bat!\tbuser.def"
Are you sure there is not another one in an equivalent location on
your computer? I can't think of anything else for you to try.
