Hi all, I have a filter that uses the "Run external action" action to execute a Perl script, passing the raw message file as a parameter. The action's "Wait for completion" and "Import the process' stdout..." options are both checked, with an existing folder specified. This has all been working fine for some time.
With 3.72.05, if the "Import..." option is checked the filter will fail. The re-filter results dialog and filter log don't even show the message as matching, and no action is taken. Each time the filter tries to execute, TB! logs the following in except.log: v3.72.05 (Beta) EARTH/george 4/4/2006 7:52:11 PM MHunter:1 EAccessViolation Access violation at address 0081F939 in module 'thebat.exe'. Read of address 00000000 If I uncheck the "Import..." option in 3.72.05 the filter works, but doesn't do what I want of course. If I revert back to 3.70.07 everything works as expected. I actually first noticed this in 3.71.03 but failed to report it then. Anyone else use this option, and if so can you confirm this behavior? Or should I just open a BT item? -- George Using The Bat! 3.70.07 "Qigong" (Beta) on Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 2. ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.72.05 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
