I look at the text that I have written, then place the cursor by mouse to the point where I think editing is needed. I can use the <back> key to delete anything left of the cursor, and <del> to go to the right. The latter doesn't work here any more, and as all who responded use XP, I'm quite sure it relates to Win2K. -- Cheers Peter The Bat! v3.72.08 :beta: on Win2K, SP4, 5, 0, build 2195 plenty of POP accounts, no IMAP, OTFE disabled AMD Athlon 2200+ at 1794 MHz, 512 MB RAM ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.72.08 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
