IAW> 5.2.3 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size (20971520)
... <snip>

IAW> Has something changed?

Yes - on your email server. The error message is coming from your mail
server and being relayed to you by TB.

IAW> It is just that I have never seen the "Composing message" in the
IAW> CC before.

Neither have I - but then again, I've never had to look. It seems to
me that your ISP / mail admin have imposed a new maximum message size
restriction on you. Mind you, the message implies that you are sending
a message in excess of 20mb. Unless 20971520 is the error code or the
engineers home phone number or something...
