In my experience it's the XP Windows font size setting that controls whether the folder properties dialogue window's buttons are shown. After a change there and a re-start, I can see the buttons. But this is unacceptable to me because then I can only read text in TB! with difficulty in the smaller font. I think one of us should write a BT report.
