Ok. Thanks a lot this it's we wanted to know. Old menu customizations
will not be imported, but old user-defined toolbars should be imported
correctly.

Here it's my custom toolbar that it's not correctly imported:
 - Receive new mail
 - Get New mail for all
 - Send queued mail
 - <Separator>
 - Create a new message with submenu for use Quick Template
 - Reply
 - Reply to all
 - Forward
 - Redirect
 - <Separator>
 - Mark as Junk
 - <Separator>
 - Delete

I have one old tbuser.def/tbuser.eef with menu customizations and this
custom toolbar.

The importation process should import correctly the custom toolbar, or
the process sees I have custom menus and aborts the importation?

PD: If you want I could send you privately my tbuser.def for testing
purposes.
