This is true, however in earlier TB versions F2 _was_ a hotkey to save the email in Outbox without sending it immediately. As you know, earlier versions didn't have Customizer, and I was using this hotkey (F2 to put to Outbox) for years, until it was broken with the addition of Customizer.
