TB. I can confirm the wrong rendering in the RTV. Maybe Rit will find
an RFC that allows this wrong rendering, as with the umlauts, but the
fact is that it is user-unfriendly if one cannot click on a URL one

I still feel ashamed to recommend TB to German friends, because RIT
seems to insist that the RFCs say they are not allowed to render
umlauts in URLs correctly.
