My work installation of TB has always worked when multi-redirecting; I've just 
implemented the same test with the same E-Mails and they multi-forward using 
quotes-principle and ISO-8859-1 not UTF-8 and 7-bit.

So this seems to be the issue from my chair; how do I change it.... ?
