To be able to help, please answer the question I asked. Again: on the hard drive, find the The Bat! working directory. In the MAIL subdirectory, look for the accounts' name. Select one. Go into the Inbox subdirectory. What is the size of the messages.TBB file? Any screenshot about your TB? Did you try the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L shortcut? (Yeah, it is for lost folders, but maybe.) Also: you may export the RIT key from your registry (regedit, HKEYCURRENTUSER, Software, RIT) and send me in PM.
