  In fact, I have:
    1) Refresh folder every 3 minutes;
    2) Synchronize folder every 10 minutes;
    3) Automatically Connect to the server at startup, when managing
       folder, when account is selected, by any command;
  in the configuration of my IMAP account.

  If I disconnect my laptop from the network and just click and read
  emails, The Bat! seems to try to connect to the server every seconds
  and it increase in memory (from 17 Mo to 250 Mo) and it crash "out
  of memory". If I stop using The Bat!, it will eventually stop trying
  to connect and the amount of memory decrease quickly to the normal
  size (17-30 Mo).
