I've done this a few times 'cos I'm heavy-handed. If you double-click the installer in windows explorer (or rather double-double-click) the 2 copies of the installer will open and, because it's the same app, the 2nd will appear immediately on top of the first. You do the do, answer all the questions, etc and eventually click the 'Finish' button and the dialog goes away revealing the 2nd copy, still at the start of the install process 'cos you've not been there to answer any of its questions.
