A very long change-log window appeared, which I could not scroll to authorize the download. (Note: I am running a WinXP 120 dpi setting, for large fonts.) Solved my problem by bringing up Windows Task Manager and closing TB! Then I had an Opera dialogue window, asking if I wanted to Save or Open. As usual, I clicked Save, and everything went normally from there. So, a wish: Could we have a scrollbar when there is a very long change-log for the new version being offered?
