It is not a 'filter', it is a 'filter _action_' that can be included in any filter. It is up to the user to find uses for it. For example, it could be used for testing purposes to 'alert' you that a certain filter has triggered. In my case, one of the uses would be to alert me that a new folder was created (from one of several filters that may create new folders). -- Best regards, Miguel A.
