> What sort of template are you using, is it specific to the sender?

I've got an account-level reply template.
However, I /think/ I've identified the problem, but could do with
someone else trying it.
My template includes the line ...
%QUOTESTYLE="%QINCLUDE(Initials)"
So, the first thing I did was drop the call to 'Initials' with is a
quick template I got from somewhere.
I replaced the line with
%QUOTESTYLE="NE"
'cos NE are the initials of the person I was replying to. I created a
reply to one of NE's messages and got the full address as the quote
mark. The, accidentally, I hit reply for someone else whose address
has never been a problem and whose email comes in in the form
My Mate <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
The quote mark was, on this message 'My Mate. I tried another message
where the From line was in the form
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
and got the whole address as the quote mark.
I went back to the template and changed it to ...
%QUOTESTYLE="TW"
And /all/ of the messages this time had a quote mark of 'TW' as you
would have expected.
/Then/ I had an idea. On the dialog that allows you to enter the
template for replies there are a set of radio buttons controlling how
quote marks are, by default, defined. A quick set of tests has
revealed that if you manually set %QUOTESTYLE and the first character
is the same as the first character as any of the radio button options
('N', 'I', 'F' or 'L') (upper or lower case) then TB! will use the
first of those options it finds whose first letter matches.
I can get around it my setting %QUOTESTYPE=" NE".
Can anyone reproduce this?
