The whole 3.86 series though had the problem with connections hanging if there were some problems on the server side, like the server being not available. In this case connections just hang there forever until you /terminate them. This is an ancient bug actually, from version 2 or earlier that IF the connection hangs - that's it, no timeouts, nothing, you're stuck. Just kill TB (or /terminate now, which is also far from ideal solution, since it doesn't save many settings).
