I was able to figure out what was the problem. I started thinking that
since I'm checking 3 e-mail accounts, that I should try to check them
independently. And, that pointed me to only one e-mail account that
was giving causing me that problem. And, even just going into the
dispatch center for the account, or even the account properties,
caused the CPU usage to go to 99%.

So, I thought of deleting the account and then recreating it. But,
first I wanted to look at the files. And, I did find the ACCOUNT.LOG
file for that specific e-mail account to be 2GB in size. I renamed
that file, in hoping that TB! will recreate it. And, after restarting
TB! and checking the e-mail account, the ACCOUNT.LOG file was
recreated, and the CPU usage dropped back to 0%, as it is supposed to.
So, I didn't have to delete and recreate the account.

I'm happy now that my TB! is working fine. :)
