I can't find anything special on these messages (or it would be
Peter's "X-OneMoreBeer: yes please" header. I guess too much beer
might make your filter drunk. There's nothing special to Vili's
message though.

I couldn't find a problem either, so I copied your filter and set it
as a subfilter for tbbeta too. Only I don't set the messages to read
and changed the color group to red.
Let's see what happens.
I've set the filter as an account subfilter, you wouldn't happen to
use it as a common subfilter, would you?

Something else.
How long are you encountering this problem? Only with the latest beta
cycle or before? Sometimes stuff gets corrupted. Did you try to delete
the subfilter and create another one with the same conditions? Have
you tried to change it lately?
