I had this problem with some earlier version. The addressbook.ini was located in the last directory that I had accessed with my file manager before adding an address. I don't remember whether I had used the file manager before or after opening TB!, and whether it was Total Commander or Windows Explorer in that case, but it should give us a direction into which to investigate.
