I had this problem with some earlier version. The addressbook.ini was
located in the last directory that I had accessed with my file
manager before adding an address. I don't remember whether I had used
the file manager before or after opening TB!, and whether it was Total
Commander or Windows Explorer in that case, but it should give us a
direction into which to investigate.

Maybe it's unrelated, though. Oh, the fun of bug hunting!

Search your computer for addressbook.ini. The only file with this name
should be in the TB! directory.
