I am not a fan of dissappearing options and other things from interface, I
am doing support to users for almost 7 years and if anything dissappears,
they are immediatelly asks me "why"? What happened? etc

For example if You change S/MIME implementation from internal to CryptoAPI,
addressbooks "Intermediate CA" and "Trusted Root CA" dissapears, because
in CryptoApi CA's from Microsoft store are used. But they do not know this
and asks.

And this is why I do not like this. task can be disabled (grayed) but
please do not want to remove it, we know how this will work, but rest of
normal users not.
