I've been experiencing these issues as well. I notice it mainly when The Bat! loses its network connection (such as when I put my laptop to sleep and then wake it up again). Deleting the task from the queue doesn't fix it, however; each time, I have to restart The Bat! to get it to start working again. It started a few versions ago, although I'm not sure precisely which because it took me awhile to pinpoint what was happening. I keep Mulberry around to pick up The Bat!'s IMAP slack. -- :R.
