Hi The Bat! Beta List, i found a tool named "Filter Manager" which seemed to be able to manage Filter Rules from the Bat (view, move...)
Unfortunately the Format of the Filter File changed - i think? Lately: accounts.srx Now: accounts.srb Anyway, it's not possible to open the File with my Tool.
